Can the coffee cart handle a full conference?
Yes — we scale baristas, machines, and hours to crowds of 200+ and can serve across multiple breaks or days. Tell us your attendee count and program schedule and we’ll build the service plan into your quote.
Can a sponsor brand the coffee service?
Yes — custom-branded cups and signage are part of our setup, which makes the espresso bar a natural sponsorship placement.
Can you add regular drip coffee for general sessions?
Yes — alongside the espresso cart we offer a separate drip and iced coffee drop-off service with cups, fixings, and setup included.
Is there a travel fee?
There is no separate travel fee inside our standard service zone — about a 30-minute drive from downtown Franklin, which covers Nashville, Brentwood, Cool Springs, Nolensville, Spring Hill, Thompson’s Station, and all of Williamson County. Service to your venue is built into your quote. Outside the zone, tell us about your event and we’ll confirm.
What does coffee cart catering cost?
Every event is custom-quoted to your headcount, service hours, and venue. Tell us about your event and we’ll send pricing and a recommended package, usually the same day.
How far in advance should I book?
The earlier the better — popular dates fill up. A 25% deposit holds your date on our calendar, and the balance is due 10 days before your event.
What do you need from the venue?
A ground-floor setup spot (or elevator access) and about an hour before service starts — our barista arrives early, sets up the full bar, and breaks it down afterward so you never lift a finger.
