Do you do wedding coffee carts in Nashville?
Yes — we serve weddings across Nashville, Franklin, Brentwood, and Middle Tennessee: receptions, rehearsal dinners, and send-off brunches. Our home base is Downtown Franklin, about 30 minutes south of Nashville.
Can we have a signature drink at our wedding?
Yes — our larger packages include a custom signature drink built around the couple, alongside the full espresso and latte menu.
When during the reception should the cart serve?
Most couples run the espresso bar alongside dessert and dancing, typically two to three hours of service. We’ll help you time it when we quote your event.
What drinks do you serve?
The cart is a full espresso bar: double espresso, cortado, cappuccino, hot latte, and iced latte, with vanilla, mocha, and a rotating seasonal flavor, plus whole and alternative milks (oat and more). Need drip or iced drip coffee for a crowd? We offer that as a separate drop-off coffee service alongside the cart.
Is there a travel fee?
There is no separate travel fee inside our standard service zone — about a 30-minute drive from downtown Franklin, which covers Nashville, Brentwood, Cool Springs, Nolensville, Spring Hill, Thompson’s Station, and all of Williamson County. Service to your venue is built into your quote. Outside the zone, tell us about your event and we’ll confirm.
What does coffee cart catering cost?
Every event is custom-quoted to your headcount, service hours, and venue. Tell us about your event and we’ll send pricing and a recommended package, usually the same day.
How far in advance should I book?
The earlier the better — popular dates fill up. A 25% deposit holds your date on our calendar, and the balance is due 10 days before your event.
